Qualified trades for your site or mine. Checked before they start.
We recruit tradespeople for Australian builders, subcontractors and mining operations: tilers, carpenters and electricians for construction, and diesel fitters, electricians, boilermakers and plant operators for mine sites. Where a visa is needed, our registered migration agent handles it in the same process.

Trade request
NO OBLIGATIONTradespeople never pay us a fee for a job. The employer pays. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and do not share them without your consent.
People who are already on our books
We place tradespeople into two industries. Ask about any trade that is not listed.
Wall and floor tilers
Residential and commercial, including waterproofing experience.
Carpenters
Framing, formwork, fit-out and finishing carpentry.
Electricians
Overseas-qualified electricians, with the Australian licensing pathway mapped before you commit.
Other construction trades
Plasterers, painters, bricklayers, concreters and more on request.
Maintenance and operations trades for mine sites
For mining operators and maintenance contractors, including FIFO and DIDO rosters in regional Queensland and Western Australia.
Diesel fitters
Heavy-duty mechanics for haul trucks, dozers, excavators and fixed plant.
Mining electricians
Electricians for mine sites and processing plants, with the Australian licensing pathway mapped before you commit.
Boilermakers and welders
Fabrication, shutdown and maintenance work.
Plant operators
Mobile plant and earthmoving operators. Site inductions and tickets are checked before placement.
Three sources, fastest first
We start with the quickest option that fits the role, and tell you honestly how long each one takes.
Already in Australia
Tradespeople who hold work rights now, or who can be sponsored from inside Australia. Since 25 July 2026, onshore sponsored visa applications for construction occupations are processed ahead of most other applications.
New Zealand
New Zealand citizens can generally live and work in Australia without employer sponsorship, so a start date depends on the person, not a visa queue.
Overseas-trained
Tradespeople from the United Kingdom and from training centres in South Korea, Vietnam, Nepal and China. Skills assessment and visa processing take longer, so this suits roles you can plan months ahead.
From brief to first day on site
Brief
You tell us the trade, numbers, start date and site. We confirm what is realistic before any fee applies.
Shortlist
We put forward candidates who match, with their trade history, qualifications and current work rights set out plainly.
Verify
Qualifications, licences and references are checked. For licensed trades we confirm what the person can lawfully do on day one.
Visa, if needed
Our registered migration agent prepares the sponsorship, nomination and visa applications so they are ready for a decision when lodged.
Start and follow-up
You employ the worker directly. We stay in touch with you both through the first months.
Recruitment and migration under one roof
Most recruiters stop when a candidate needs a visa. Most migration agents cannot find you a candidate. We do both, which removes the gap where placements usually fall over.

We are not the cheapest
Our fee covers sourcing, verification and, where needed, a properly prepared visa case. A cheap placement that fails a skills assessment or a visa refusal costs a builder far more than our fee.
- You receive a written quote before we start.
- The employer pays. We do not charge workers for a job or for sponsorship.
- Sponsored workers are paid the Australian market rate for their trade.
